VISIT AT THE ACROPOLIS MUSEUM
A visit at the Acropolis Museum was scheduled by the Help Center of Caritas Athens on Monday, January 30, with the participation of beneficiaries from Mexico, Egypt, and Colombia.
The visit was a very good opportunity for them to get to know the ancient Greek civilization, browse through the important collections of the Museum and also to visualize and become eyewitnesses of the respect attributed to the ancient civilization with its high style architecture, used to construct the museum ad especially the enormous glass wall overlooking the Scared Rock, which functions as a communication window.
A lady’s statement who said, “I have been living in Athens for ten years, but I’ve just started to get to know the city, thanks to the chances given to us by the Help Center” summarizes the enthusiasm of the visitors!
