Caritas Athens informs you that since May 25th, 2018 is implementing the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 concerning Personal Data Protection.
Caritas Athens processes the data that you provide to us through your requests to its social, legal, tax and employment services. Caritas Athens does not process, without your explicit consent, data that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions and beliefs or trade union membership, as well as genetic or biometric data and those concerning health or sexual life or the sexual orientation of a person.
Your personal data will not be made available to third parties for any purpose except in the case of referrals of documents or data to State or other services, that are strictly necessary for the fulfillment of your requests. You could request:
• what personal data are tracked or processed.
• the correction and / or completion of these data, after providing the necessary documentation proving the need for your data to be corrected and/or completed.
• a limited or further processing of your personal data
• the deletion of your data from Caritas Athens’ records.
